Handcrafted in sterling silver, the Herringbone Six Twist Ring is created entirely from twisted wire. Six parallel lines of twisted silver sit side by side, each one turning in the opposite direction to the next. Together they form a strong repeating pattern that echoes the ancient herringbone wirework seen throughout Egyptian jewellery. The result is a clean, rhythmic texture that feels contemporary while carrying the character of historic craftsmanship.
Every twisted strand is shaped and soldered by hand in my Edinburgh studio, then carefully aligned to create a balanced surface across the ring. The repeated twists catch the light softly and give the band a sculptural feel without adding unnecessary weight. With its bright polished finish and structured profile, this ring works beautifully as a standalone piece or alongside other designs in the Herringbone Collection.
This ring falls under weight exemption and does not carry a hallmark.
