Payment

All payments are made securely through Stripe and can be made using all major debit or credit cards. You do not need a Stripe account to buy something through this website, and you can learn more about Stripe and their impeccable security here. If you would like to use an alternative method of payment, please contact me by phone or email.

Exchanges & Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your piece of Jenny Deans jewellery, however, please contact me if you have a problem with your piece. Usually any issues can be quickly resolved. If you’d like to return or exchange a piece of Jenny Deans Jewellery, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 30 days.

I am unable to refund or exchange the following items:
Custom made orders, Earrings, Items on sale.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Dispatch times

With stock items I aim to post out your orders as soon as I am able to, this is usually within 1-3 days of your order. Please phone me if you would like your item by a specific date and I will do my best to get it to you in time.

Production Time

Depending on the piece, manufacturing your jewellery usually takes anywhere from a couple of days to around six weeks for more complex pieces. All items which are made to order have details of production times in their descriptions. If you have a question about delivery times for your order please contact me.

Custom Jewellery

All custom pieces are hand made to order with your own unique design. I will be sure to check all details in advance of making but please make sure to double check any information supplied such as dates or spelling of names.
Please note that I cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders unless there has been a mistake made at my end.

Repairs

Please contact me with details of your Jenny Deans jewellery and what is wrong with it and I will make the repair. I can provide a quote for any items needing repair due to negligent care or handling. If your jewellery is just needing a clean up then please do get in touch if you would like me to do that for you and I can quote for that depending on the piece.

Discount offers

Any special commissions or pieces made to order are not applicable with any discount offers. Discounts only apply to what is available to purchase from the Jenny Deans Jewellery online shop.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another. 

Privacy Policy

At Jenny Deans Jewellery, I respect your privacy, and will never sell, trade, or otherwise distribute, your personal information to any one else, ever! I collect your personal information only for the purposes of completing your order, and for the production of my company accounts for tax purposes. My full privacy policy can be read here.

To complete your order I will need: your address, the delivery address, your email address (to send confirmation of your order to and any other order details such as a design for your jewellery), and your phone number for urgent questions about your order or for the delivery form (if using a courier service).
